What do I pay for?

One payment covers the design and keeps your gift online for 1 month. At checkout you can choose 6 months or 1 year instead. You can also add time later from My gifts (1 month $2.99, 6 months $8.99, or 1 year $11.99), and we email you a week before it ends. There is no subscription, and nothing renews.

How do they get it?

You get a private link right after you pay, so you can open it yourself first. Send it to them in any chat. Or choose a date and time when you buy, and we email it to them for you.

Can I change it after I buy?

Yes. Go to My gifts and enter the email you used when you paid. We email you a link to update your gift. The gift link stays the same, so they always see the newest version.

Does it work on their phone?

Yes. It opens in the web browser on phones, tablets and computers. There is nothing to install and no account to make. A 3D world needs a fairly recent device.

Is it private?

Yes. Every gift has its own hard-to-guess link, and gift pages are hidden from Google. Only people you share the link with can open it.

Will I see their answer?

No. If your gift asks them a question, their answer stays on their device. It is not saved, and it is not sent to you or to us.

What happens when the time runs out?

The link stops working. Add more time from My gifts before that: it costs much less than bringing an ended gift back, which costs the design's full price again.

What if something does not work?

Write to support and we will try to fix it. If a problem on our side stops your gift from working and we cannot fix it, you get your money back. See the Refund Policy.
